Introduction

Welcome to Prime Focus (Package: com.etla.primefocus, Version 1.1.7), an Android productivity application developed by Elanova Studios ("we", "us", or "our").

We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how information is handled when you use Prime Focus.

Prime Focus is designed with an offline-first architecture. Your personal productivity information, such as focus sessions, timer history, collections, schedules, time-lap routines, and app preferences, is primarily stored locally on your Android device.

Prime Focus does not provide its own user account registration system and does not operate a developer-owned cloud database for storing your productivity records.

However, Prime Focus uses third-party services such as Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google Play Billing. These services may process information as described in this policy and under their respective privacy policies.

Offline-First Architecture & Network Usage

Prime Focus is designed so that its core productivity functionality can operate without an active internet connection.

Focus sessions, timer histories, Collections, Time Laps, schedules, preferences, notification settings, and other productivity-related information are stored locally on your device.

Prime Focus does not upload this productivity information to an Elanova Studios server or developer-owned cloud database.

Internet access may nevertheless be used for third-party services, including:

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): To request and display advertisements in the free version of Prime Focus and to support advertising-related functionality.
• Google Play Billing: To process and verify Premium subscriptions and one-time purchases through Google Play.

The availability of internet-based services does not mean that your locally stored productivity records are uploaded to Elanova Studios.

Information We Do NOT Collect

Elanova Studios does not operate a user account system or developer-owned cloud database for Prime Focus.

Prime Focus does not directly request or maintain the following categories of personal information as part of an account system:

• Email addresses for account registration
• Usernames or personal profiles
• Passwords or authentication credentials
• User account registration information
• Personal contacts or address-book information
• Personal text messages or SMS
• Photos or personal image galleries
• Personal documents or files
• Social-media profiles
• Cloud backups of your productivity records

Prime Focus also does not provide a feature for users to create accounts directly inside the application.

Data Collected or Shared by Advertising Services

Prime Focus uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements in the free version of the application.

Because advertising functionality is provided through Google's advertising SDK, certain information may be collected or shared by Google and its advertising partners in accordance with their applicable policies.

Depending on the device, configuration, advertising settings, consent status, and applicable regional requirements, advertising services may process information such as:

• Approximate Location: Generalized location information may be inferred or processed for advertising-related purposes. Prime Focus does not use this information to provide GPS-based location features.
• App Interactions: Information about interactions with the application or advertisements may be processed for advertising and performance-related purposes.
• Diagnostics: Technical and diagnostic information may be processed to support advertising performance, reliability, fraud prevention, and related advertising operations.
• Device or Other IDs: Advertising-related identifiers, including the Google Advertising ID, may be used for advertising and related measurement purposes.

These advertising-related data practices are associated with third-party advertising services and are separate from the local storage of your Prime Focus productivity records.

Prime Focus does not sell your personal productivity records to advertisers.

When Premium or Lifetime access removes advertisements from the application, Prime Focus does not intentionally request advertisements while the applicable ad-free entitlement is active.

Local Data & Storage

Productivity information created and managed inside Prime Focus is stored locally on your Android device.

Depending on the feature, local application storage may contain:

• Focus Sessions: Focus duration, completion information, and local timer history.
• Collections: Custom timer names, headings, durations, and related local configuration.
• Time Laps: Locally configured steps, activities, durations, breaks, and related routine settings.
• Schedules: Locally configured timer schedules and notification settings.
• Preferences: Theme, sound, voice, notification, timer, and other application preferences.
• Local Operational Data: Information required for the application to operate correctly and maintain its local state.

This locally stored productivity information is not uploaded to an Elanova Studios cloud database.

Premium Purchases & Google Play Billing

Prime Focus may offer Premium subscriptions and/or one-time purchases such as Lifetime access, depending on the products currently available through Google Play.

Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.

Elanova Studios does not directly collect, process, or store your credit card number, debit card number, bank account information, UPI credentials, or other payment credentials used to complete a Google Play purchase.

Payment processing, purchase confirmation, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment-related information are handled according to Google Play's applicable terms and policies.

Device Permissions & System Features

Prime Focus requests Android permissions only when they are needed to provide application functionality.

• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): Used for timer notifications, scheduled sessions, completion notifications, and active timer notifications.
• Exact Alarms (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM): Used for scheduled timers and alarms that need to occur at the time configured by the user.
• Foreground Service: Used to allow an active timer to continue operating when the application is minimized or the device screen is turned off, where permitted by Android.
• Internet (INTERNET): Used for third-party online services such as AdMob advertisements and Google Play purchase-related operations.
• Network State (ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Used to determine network availability for online services.

Prime Focus does not request access to your contacts, SMS, personal photos, or personal documents for its core timer functionality.

Google Play Data Safety

Prime Focus provides information about its data practices through the Google Play Data Safety section associated with the application.

The categories disclosed for Prime Focus may include information processed by third-party advertising services, including:

• Approximate Location
• App Interactions
• Diagnostics
• Device or Other IDs

These categories primarily relate to advertising and associated technical operations provided through third-party services such as Google Mobile Ads.

Prime Focus itself does not use the above information to create a personal productivity profile or to maintain a developer-owned cloud account for you.

Data transmitted to third-party services is protected in transit using secure network connections where supported by those services.

Data Retention, Clearing & Uninstalling

Because Prime Focus does not provide user accounts or a developer-owned cloud database for productivity information, your locally stored productivity records remain on your device until you remove them or the operating system removes them.

• Clear App Storage: Clearing Prime Focus storage through Android settings can permanently remove locally stored application data.
• Uninstalling Prime Focus: Uninstalling the application generally removes its locally stored application data from the device, subject to Android system behavior and any separately backed-up information.
• No Developer Cloud Recovery: Elanova Studios does not maintain a cloud backup of your local productivity records and therefore cannot restore locally deleted productivity data from its own servers.
• Third-Party Advertising Data: Information processed by Google or other third-party services is governed by their respective policies and retention practices.

Prime Focus does not provide an in-app user account deletion system because Prime Focus does not provide user account registration.

Children's Privacy

Prime Focus is designed as a general productivity application and is not specifically directed toward children under 13 years of age, or the applicable minimum age in a particular jurisdiction.

Prime Focus does not provide a user account registration system through which children can create personal profiles.

Advertising services may have their own age-related requirements, privacy protections, and policies. Parents and guardians should review the applicable Google policies and device settings when allowing children to use applications containing advertising.

Your Privacy & Ad Choices

You have control over several privacy and device-level settings related to Prime Focus and advertising.

• Advertising ID: Android provides controls that allow users to reset or delete their Advertising ID, depending on the Android version and device manufacturer.
• Advertising Preferences: You can manage available Google advertising and privacy settings through your Google account and Android device settings.
• Notification Controls: You can enable or disable Prime Focus notification permissions through Android application settings.
• Network Access: Android device settings can be used to control certain network and application permissions where supported by the operating system.
• Local Data: You can clear Prime Focus application storage or uninstall the application to remove locally stored productivity information.

Some privacy and advertising controls are provided directly by Google or the Android operating system rather than by Prime Focus.

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy when Prime Focus changes its functionality, third-party services, data practices, permissions, or legal requirements.

When this Privacy Policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date and/or last updated date.
